The steel is rust treated and then coated with an epoxy primer coat before being further coated with 2 coats of epoxy topcoat which is usually blue in colour. Custom colours can be arranged on request.

Doors are fitted with heavy duty hinges as well as marine container type lever arm locking mechanisms which are high security. The stores are fitted with an assortment of shelves and can be custom fitted to customers requirements at extra cost. The shelves are heavy duty which can take high loading per metre.

The base of the store is designed to contain small to medium spillages without polluting the environment. The base is hot dipped galvanized and fitted with a mentis grating floor for safety. All stores carry high visibility warning signage on the doors and sides to ensure that it is clear as to what the contents of the store are.
